Born in Petion-Ville, Haiti, on December 12, 1992, Henry Robert Junior Raymond as known as “Rayy Raymond” is a Haitian producer, writer, and composer-interpreter. Rayy comes from a Christian single parent family composed of him surrounded by his mother and her older sister.

Son of a nurse mother and a military father, he started in music around 2009 as a rapper. Lately, he has been given the appropriated help, pushing him to a legal and professional career. In 2013, he stepped into his first recording studio (ReXtud) where he recorded several novel songs. In 2015, he caught up with the famous musical company OH! Sound Production as a sound engineer, working with many successful artists such as: The Legend DADOU PASQUET, Black Alex, Baky, Trouble Boy, Franco Love, Dj Ted Bounce, Roody Roodboy, Niska, Mandela, just to name a few.

In close collaboration with the label BirthRITE LLC Recordings of BirthRITE ENT. LLC and OH! Sound Production, he released his first single “Kote’m soti” (where I came from) in the same year. A song that has made a considerable impact in the haitian media and social media, but it’s only in 2016 with his second single “Absans ou” that Rayy Raymond has been put in front of the international public and also some Haitians and internationals recording studios.
