WINNER DETERMINATION:

There will be two (2) components to winner determination: (i) Public voting, which will determine the Top Five -Ten (5-10) Entries (“Finalists”) and the People’s Choice winner, and (ii) Judging, Quality of Artwork which will Determine the winners from among the Finalists.
