VALERIO SAINT-LOUIS In a beautiful island called Haiti also known as "The Pearl of the Caribbean" Valerio Saint-Louis was born from parents Gladys and Andre Saint-Louis. He attended Nouveau College Bird for all his primary and secondary school years. He developed a love for public speaking at the age of 5, his mom recalled him acting as a radio talk show host while in the shower, he made his first microphone toy out of paper. While in Haiti Valerio worked as a radio talk show host for Radio Metropole, Radio Nationale, Radio L'arc en ciel and as a tv anchor for Television Nationale D'Haiti. After graduating from Nouveau College Bird he was sent to the United States to further his education. He attended Essex County College and Rutgers University in New Jersey. He graduated in 1991 with a B.A in Television Production and Journalism. While attending college he worked in the school media production facility, he did his internship at UPN 9 news room and at CNBC, he also worked as a researcher for channel 13 on a show called "Innovation". He was awarded a full scholarship from WNWK radio station in New York. He created his first tv show called "Camera sans Frontieres" in 1998, since then Valerio worked as radio talk show host in New York for Radio Soleil, Radio Verite, Radio Tropicale and Echo de la Metropole and he also hosted many tv shows such as Video ak Video, Vision of Haiti, Accent Magazine, Feu vert Mosaique, Phantom Hour including his own Tv show Tele-Image which has been airing for the past fiften years in the Tri- State area, Long Island, New Jersey as well as over the internet. Valerio Saint-Louis is best known in his community as an eloquent speaker, a master of ceremony, a talented and professional journalist who worked tirelessly to deliver the weekly news "san ouete san mete" as one would often hear him say on his tv show Tele-Image, the way he delivers the news is priceless. His dream is to eventually have a Haitian Television Network Channel 24/7 to serve his community. He detests mediocrity, he is a perfectionist and an innovator, the rich and dynamic programming of Tele-image Tv show speak for itself. He created the show with one vision which is to embellish the Haitian image in Haiti and abroad, he feels compelled to educate, inform and entertain his fellow Haitians in the diaspora and around the world. Valerio Saint-Louis is determined to continue making a difference in his community despite all the obstacles that he encounters on a daily basis. He is now married to his wife Barbara who is a co-host of Tele-Image tv show and they have three children. He is hoping that one day all Haitians will unite for peace and advancement of Haiti, he wishes to return to his homeland in the future to bring his knowledge and expertise to serve his country.
