Music has been splendid for Pardon C since he debuted his first official Video single, titled ‘Ukwu Ruo Ala’ in 2009. Popular Nigerian highlife singer, Obinna Okoro, known by his stage name, ‘Pardon C’ meaning ‘Pardon and Conciliate’ attributed to ‘Forgive and make Peace’, is a passionate musician who hails from Amagu Oru East LGA , Imo State Nigeria and born into a family of eight in Owerri imo state Nigeria. He began his music journey from the church where he was a member of the choir at a tender age of 10 years. While in school, he performed in many talent competitions, won quite a few prestigious awards at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri where he had a degree in Biotechnology.

Making undeniable music, Pardon C prefers to sing mostly in English, Pidgin English, flavored with native Nigerian Languages and this can also be accredited to part of his exceptional style in churning out harmonious music. Pardon C has successfully established himself as a force to reckon with in the Nigeria Music Industry with energetic and prayerful songs like; ‘Oluwa Chain Dem’, ‘Emergency’; Love and romantic songs like; ‘Romeo’ Beauty Wahala and ‘Gbabe’, just to mention a few of his releases. the above videos all top notch and got played on MTV Africa,Trace TV,Sound city TV, HIP TV,Nigezie TV, ETC. Pardon C won the award for best Nigerian Artist at 2016 Diaspora Entertainment Awards in USA.

Pardon C is experienced, legendary and passionate about his music calling, he has shut down events, leaving fans in tears of joy from his amazing performances. He has also shared the stage with other
veterans like Iyanya, Kcee, Flavour, Bracket, Timaya, Banky W, Davido, Psquare, 2 Face Idibia, Wizkid, Olamide, Jose Chameleone and also collaborated with different musicians from various countries of the world.

Career
In 2009 he released Ukwu Ruo Ala, since then he has released several Highlife singles that also includes international collaborations. The singer kept honing his skills to master his own act, he followed it up with another single Chain Dem, after a year, he dropped another single entitled Romeo[6] in 2015. As an artist representing his home country Nigeria in diaspora, the singer has graced the stage with music greats like 2face Idibia, Uganda's Jose Chameleone and singers like Flavour N'abania, Bracket, Olamide, Wizkid, Davido, Psquare and some others.

Pardon C has never failed in entertaining his fans in Nigeria and Abroad. The amazing highlife singer keeps up his consistency, releases a roller-coaster flick for his widely accepted single, ‘Emergency’.

Pardon C’s ‘Emergency’ music video was shot and directed by Champions Studios in the States, it enjoyed cameo appearances from revered actors; Nollywood actor Ejike Okoye, Mc Chico cool and
UOLLYWOOD Haitian actress, Verona Laguerre who spiced the video up. Having released top-notch singles and performed in major concerts, events and shows in the US this year, Pardon C has successfully carved a niche for himself and he’s undoubtedly a talent to watch out for in Nigeria and diaspora.

The ‘Gbabe’ crooner is rounding up the year with a jollification visual of ‘Emergency’ to escort his fans into the fast approaching festive season. Check out the white-knuckled music video and ENJOY!

In 2016 the T.C.O Music recording artist, licensed all his musical works to theMedia 360 Company Limited, the company which helped him in distributing his musical works and in the same year he released yet another single Emergency[7][8][9] after a brief hiatus, the song was aired on local radio stations in Nigeria, Internet Radio in UK and United States and talked about on online Entertainment Magazine's. After few months he followed it up with Gbabe.

The highlife singer left the scene in 2016 and returned in 2017 with an international collaboration Bele Bele,[13][14][15][16] the song talks about the beauty of an African Woman and he featured Legendary Ugandan artiste, Jose Chameleone on it. The song has had it own controversy surrounding it despite having an A-List artist on the song, according to local media Naij the online news magazine reports that the Ugandan singer refused to show the usual supports as expected of him.[17] Pardon C was also featured on Cameroonian singer-songwriter / rapper, Naomi Achu's new single Shower Your
Blessings[18][19][20] a pseudo "Queen of Bamenda."

Pardon C is the brand Ambassador of N'Square Boutique[21] and the brother of Beauty Entrepreneur Thelma Okoro, ONYC Hair[22] Founder.
