Moontina Petion moved to the US at the age of 18. It was for her the beginning of a new life in the state of Florida. Her first steps lead her to Seminole state college, where she took English courses during the first few years. Then, she earned her high school diploma. Moontina has many passions. She loves to write, dance, model, and being able to help others, especially the youth. She thinks of herself as a go getter, very enthusiastic, bubbly, outgoing, she loves her relationships with God, her family, and her friends. She has also shown a strong interest for education. That is the reason why she did not hesitate to apply at Valencia College to begin her study in Education after graduating high school. In the meantime, she earned multiple types of jobs to sustain herself and support her family in Haiti. She actively participates in everything that lights her passion. At church, she helps the youth by putting dance activities that will allow them to get involved and do something that they really enjoy to do.
